What is the standard production time of an order? TOP

All creations are custom, handmade to your order! Each blanket order will ship with in 2-3 working weeks of receipt of order and is well worth the wait. NOTE: current turn around time may be less depending on current inventory. Contact us at info@blanketsbybabyinkie.comso we can do our best to work with your time frame!

Clothes and other accessories are generally produced and shipped within two weeks. If you need any order within 7 working days there is an additional shipping fee of $13.50. Just email us at info@blanketsbybabyinkie.com with your order specifications and we will create a custom order for you to purchase in our Boutique section with the new price reflected in your total purchase price.

If you are ordering from the Boutique, your creations have already gone through production and are ready to ship. Your order will ship within 48 business hours from purchase...unless we are lucky enough to be on vacation.

Do you offer Personalization? TOP

Yes! We are proud to include personalization in the original pricing of our creations. Go ahead, create, that truly one-of-a-kind gift that will make you the talk of your friends!

Pre-made items sold in the Boutique and sale items cannot be personalized.

Is the Size of the creation exact? TOP

All creations are handmade, the size indicated is the minimum cut size of the fabric BEFORE production adding to the uniqueness of the finished product.

Do you gift wrap? TOP

Each creation you order comes wrapped with a bow and card with Care Instructions which is aesthetically gift ready to provide an immediate hug and smile!

How should I Care for my creations? TOP

In our experience, a BabyInkie! creation can withstand many, many years of car rides, bedtimes, screaming tug of war games, lovable spills and more. Treat yours with extra care by machine washing in cold water and drying on low, no ironing.

Do you take Special Orders? TOP

Yes!!! BlanketsByBabyInkie! enjoys the creative process and wants to make your experience with us a truly custom one. You Design It, We Make It. That's our motto. We will consider special orders. A typical request that will be approved is making a BlanketsByBabyInkie! creation with a piece of your own fabric or ribbon option. If you send us your material to our specifications, you will not be charged an additional fee for this service!

Other requests may be to search for material, that is not in our product line, to make a BlanketsByBabyInkie! creation to match something you own e.g. crib bedding, infant carrier covers, and car seat covers. We are happy to do this and there may be a small non-refundable search fee. A search does not guarantee a fabric match. Pricing is determined on an individual project basis.

We are unable to make orders that are not one of BlanketsByBabyInkie’s! creations. However, we are always looking for new creations to add to our family. Are swatches available? TOP

Swatches MAY be available on a limited basis for $1.00 per swatch. Contact us through our Contact Us page or directly at info@blanketsbybabyinkie.com and indicate the name(s) of the swatches you are interested in.

Please note: Because we are not a fabric manufacturer or distributing company we are unable to provide fabric for purchase.

Do you accept returns? TOP

All BabyInkie! creations are guaranteed to produce heartfelt smiles and built-in hugs and warmth.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors made during your custom BabyInkie! blanket builder process, including any choices you may have made on fabric, and personalization. So please check - and double check - your order.

We will be held responsible for any errors we make during production of your custom BabyInkie! creation. If we make a mistake, we ask for your forgiveness and a little extra time to make a new one.

Boutique orders are to close out current inventory or custom made to be unique for the individual order. Therefore, all sales are final.

Satisfaction is guranteed. Although we don't accept returns, if your BabyInkie! creation is a blanket and a seam comes undone and needs mending, send it back to us and we will reapair it free of charge! (you pay shipping to get to us and we pay shipping getting back to you!)
